AVOID STRESS. We all know that
when we have too much to do we start to forget things. Take breaks and make
time to relax.

GET YOUR HEARING CHECKED. Hearing loss
can seriously interfere with memory, so if you think you might have a problem,
have your ears tested right now.

If we think of stress as a helpful reaction of our body to deal with challenge, then stress is not at all harmful. And it doesn't matter how much stress we have in our life. Kelly had been demonizing stress for decades before she realized that the most important thing is our attitude to stress.

However, this was only true for those who believed stress was harmful. Those who reported a lot of stress but didn’t view it as harmful actually had a lower risk of dying than anyone else in the study, including those who reported low levels of stress. Researchers estimate that during the time it took to complete their study, 182,000 Americans died prematurely – not from stress, but from the belief that stress is bad for you.
